They loved the neighborhood, but not the house.  Originally, a small awkward floorplan was turned into a modern 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom masterpiece. Completely gutted, new mechanical, framing, roofing, beautiful multipaned sliders to enjoy the view, and a 4-car garage for the toys were added.
