Beginning in 1994, David and his crew framed numerous homes in many subdivisions in Durango, including Dalton Ranch, Dalton Ranch 2, Whispering Pines, Engineer Village, Rafter J, in-town Durango, and a number of rural Durango and Bayfield locations.
David has also designed and built a number of homes, including the Deer Trail house above.
